What is the return policy?
If you aren't satisfied with a order and would like to return it, you absolutely can for a full refund. You would have to pay for the postage to ship it back to me, but I will grant a full refund once it arrives to me.
Are you taking commissions?
It will say at the top of the Commissions page whether I am open for commissions or not. Feel free to fill out the form even if I am not at the moment and I can give you a timeline on when I will open them up again!
I have an order issue, what do I do?
If you have an issue with an order (it hasn't arrived, got returned to sender, etc), please let me know and I'll help resolve it for you! Fill out the Contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
What manufacturers/materials do you use?
I print all of my prints and bookmarks myself with my Epson Ecotank 8550! I also print and laminate most of my stickers myself with a few exceptions of bulk orders. I am very picky when it comes to choosing manufacturers of products I don't make myself. I always want to make sure they are of the highest quality and represent my art in a way that I intend.
How much do you charge for commissions?
Commissions depend on the full scale of the project! If you're asking for a small drawing of your dog as opposed to multiple full-color illuminated manuscript pages, the prices are going to differ greatly. I always give price quotes before working on anything once I know the full details of what you are looking for.
Print Club Questions
When do print club orders ship out?
Print club orders ship out the last week of the month. You'll get a shipping confirmation once yours has been shipped! They use letter stamps instead of regular shipping, meaning they have no tracking information attached to them. If you have any issues with your letter not being delivered, fill out the contact form and I'll solve the issue for you!
I haven't received mine after "X" amount of days, what do I do?
Since the mail club letters are sent with postage stamps, they have no tracking information attached to them. You will get a confirmation email once the order has shipped out at the end of the month. Please give your order at least 9 business days to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived by then, fill out the Contact form to let me know and I'll send another one to you.
When will I get my order?
Letters will start mailing out the last week of every month. Please give it at least 9 business days to arrive.
If I need to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?
There should be a link to manage your subscription in your confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please fill out the Contact form and I can cancel it for you.
